VIEWING AND PRINTING PDXVTOURS FLYERS

pdxvtours flyers are typically viewed by launching a branded virtual tour and clicking the bottom menu pick in the pdxvtours virtual tour viewer.  Our flyers are viewable exclusively on PCs with Adobe Acrobat 6.0 or later installed.  Flyers are not viewable from our non-branded viewers, as used on RMLS, to avoid violation of RMLS self-promotion regulations.

TO SEE  YOUR FLYER

1.  Go to www.pdxvtours.com

2.  Enter the ML for the desired property and click GO

3.  When the virtual tour pops up, click the drop down box in the lower left corner of the viewer and select View/Print flyer.  The flyer will load into the Adobe Acrobat viewer.

IF YOU CAN’T SEE YOUR FLYER

One of the following is true:

1.  You are trying to view it on a Mac (we only support PC viewing of our flyers)

2.  You do not have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader (6.0 or later) installed on your PC.  To do so, click the following link and agree to all installation prompts. http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

TO PRINT THE FLYER YOURSELF:

1.   Open the flyer per the instructions above (To See Your Flyer)

2.   Click the print button on the Adobe Acrobat viewer

SENDING YOUR FLYER OUT FOR PRINTING

pdxvtours flyers are all stored on the pdxvtours web server.  To have a print shop or other agency (such as Bear Printing) print your flyer, simply forward your notification mail send by pdxvtours (ie. "Your Virtual Tour for ML# XXX is ready!") to them.

IMPORTANT:   Be sure to only forward the notification email that has a valid ml number.  Do not forward the notification mail if it has a temporary ML number assigned.

Finally, if you have lost your notification mail, you can forward them the link:

where “your_ML Number” is the valid ML number for your property.
