POSTING pdxvtours VIRTUAL TOURS

 

POSTING ON RMLS

 

Agents are responsible for posting their virtual tours on RMLS themselves.  To post on RMLS, do the following:

 

1. Open your notification mail to get your link for RMLS

 

2.  Highlight the entire line directly under the "Link for RMLS".  It ends with “small2.htm”. This is our unbranded viewer.

 

3.  Press Ctrl-C to copy it to the clipboard.

 

4.  Logon to RMLSWeb and go into your Listing Load

 

6.  Find your property in your listing load.  Click  on “Edit/Misc” to edit your listing.

 

7.  Scroll down past the 2 remarks sections (about 2/3rd of the way down) and click your cursor inside the field marked “Virtual Tour”

 

8.  Press Ctrl-V to paste the URL for RMLS that we provided in the notification mail.

 

9.  Check to see that the correct text has been entered.  It should start with the word “open” and end with “small2.htm”.

 

10.  If everything is correct, click the Save button directly below.  This will update your listing with the correct virtual tour link.

 

11.  You can test your link by viewing your Agent Full for the property or by going to RMLS.Com, entering the ML number, viewing the listing, and CTRL-Clicking the virtual tour link.

 

12.  Trouble?  If you cannot see the link, be sure that you are holding down the Ctrl key when you click it.  If  a Page not found message appears, you have not posted the link properly on RMLS.  If nothing happens, your machine is not properly set up to view our tours or your popup blocker is blocking the tour.  If this is the case, click here and follow the instructions  for Viewing pdxvtours Virtual Tours

 

POSTING ON REALTY TRUST

 

pdxvtours has a special arrangement with Realty Trust to get tours posted on their site. Tours will be posted automatically within 1 business day

 

POSTING ON PRIVATE AND COMPANY SITES

 

pdxvtours provides HTML links for use in posting to external sites.  At this time, pdxvtours will not post on Windermere and Realtor.com sites.

 

Coldwell Banker agents frequently have a branch assistant who will help with posting.  In cases such as these, simply forward the pdxvtours notification email to the appropriate party.  If you do this, be sure that the notification mail has a valid ML number.

 

For private sites use the HTML links for the branded viewer link provided in the notification mail.  If it doesn't work, you might try removing http:// from the front of the link.
