EDITING pdxvtours FLYERS

pdxvtours supports web-based flyers.  This means all of the descriptive information about the property and agents are stored on our web servers.

Flyers can easily be edited by doing the following:

1.  Go to www.pdxvtours.com

2.  Click on Order.  The Order page will open.

3.  Enter your Tour/MLS #

4.  Enter your Flyer Password (as provided in your notification mail)

5.  Click Edit Tour

6.  Your current property information will appear in the online form.

7.  Fill-out the form as desired.

Note: If your virtual tour has the 8 photo high resolution flyer (used in all Basic Virtual Tours shot after 6/1/05), you can enter two sizable paragraphs separated by return characters in the Description field.  For the optional 5 photo flyer or older 8 photo flyers, only 1 sizeable paragraph will fit.

7.  Whenever you wish to save your work, click Submit Changes. TIP: save frequently.  You can edit your flyer as many times as wish!

8. After your changes have been submitted, you can optionally review your changes by clicking “Review Flyer Changes”.  When you are finished reviewing your flyer changes, be sure to close the flyer.
